Water Service Rates

• In Town: First 2,000 gallons is $38.13 and $7.90 per thousand gallons over 2,000
• Outside of Town: First 2,000 gallons - $54.56 and $7.90 per thousand gallons over 2,000
• Safe Drinking Fee: $1.00 per month
• Mosquito Control Fee: $1.50 per month

Sewer Service Rates

• In Town: First 1,000 gallons is $11.75 and $1.50 per thousand gallons over 1,000
• Outside of Town: First 1,000 gallons is $14.70 and $2.95 per thousand gallons over 1,000

Payments are due on the 15th of each month (or next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday). 

There will be a 10% late fee added to all unpaid bills on the 16th of the month (or next business day if the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday).

Any account that has a past due amount will be disconnected on the 26th of the month (or next business day if the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday). A $50.00 reconnect fee will be added and the total amount owing will be due before reconnection.

Our Water and Sewer Department is responsible for monthly meter readings, collecting water samples, chemical testing of samples, installing water meters, lockouts, investigating leaks and repairs as needed, coordinating new service water lines and moving existing lines, 8-1-1 line locates, inspection of grease traps, jetting sewer lines as needed and maintenance of the water plant, distribution system, booster stations and water wells.
